Return Period

For consultation services, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service completion. For physical products or components purchased through our services, returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request is submitted within the specified return period
  • For physical products, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging with all accessories included
  • Proof of purchase or service agreement is provided
  • The item or service has not been damaged due to misuse or negligence

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or as otherwise specified in your service agreement. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Candlevylight provides computer assembly consultation services. As consultation services are delivered upon completion, refunds are subject to the specific terms agreed upon at the time of service engagement.

Component Purchases
